Thank you for your comments. Most of the houses pictured on our website are owned by business people and service professionals. The designs are inspired by either local or regional styles (“Florida Mediterranean”) or European forms such as Italian or French Renaissance, English Tudor, etc. We like to offer contemporary or modern design as well. Most of the university programs are geared towards modern architecture so the period design you see is self taught and researched.
