What I have found is a database of over 20,000 house plans all in one place. Now I have mixed and matched many different features from many different plans for my own personal project. After all, this is what custom home building is all about. But you may fall in love with one of these plans as is. And that’s great! Either way, it is well worth your time to browse these house plans and see what you like and what you don’t like.
